I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Neo Shark Bay Hotel and truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and their excellent service made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

The food was another highlight — there was a great variety of dishes, everything was fresh and delicious, and there was always something enjoyable to choose from.

A special and heartfelt thank you to the Animation Team — Ameer, Rita, and Seena. They were absolutely amazing, energetic, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They organized a great variety of fun, lively, and entertaining activities, and their positive energy made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. They were always smiling, welcoming, and doing their best to make sure everyone was having a great time. Ameer, Rita, and Seena truly deserve special recognition for their outstanding work!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Jaz Neo Shark Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. I would be very happy to come back again!

I am currently staying at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay, and after reading the latest reviews about the hotel, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, and especially the animation team, I felt that I had to share my own experience.

My husband and I have been to Sharm El Sheikh many times before, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hotel team. We have already chosen this hotel for our next holiday, and this time we will be coming with our children. ❤️

Honestly, although this is a 4-star hotel, in my opinion it offers much more than some 5-star hotels we have experienced.

Now I would like to address the latest reviews from the group from the UK.

1. What was written is simply not true and, in my personal experience, is completely made up.

2. The animation team — Rita, Sina and Amir — are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, cheerful and always smiling. Every moment with them is simply an incredible pleasure. ❤️❤️❤️

As for the comment about the constant music around the pool — if that is normal for your group, that is fine, but for us, people who come here tired from work and want to relax, the atmosphere and entertainment around the pool are part of enjoying our holiday.

3. What does it matter whether the laptop is old or new? If you are so bothered by it, they certainly wouldn’t mind if you bought them a new one as a gift. 🤣

Honestly, it is simply shameful to focus on things like this, especially when they even created a karaoke evening for you.

4. The food is wonderful and very suitable for everyone.

5. A huge thank you to the Head Chef, who makes sure that everything is very well organized and delicious. Every time, he personally comes to the guests, approaches them and communicates with them. 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌

6. If you wanted personalized food, you could simply have approached the Head Chef and asked him. I am a million percent sure that he would never have refused and would have sincerely arranged it for you.

7. There is also suitable food for children throughout the entire day.

8. The entire hotel area is always clean. I personally saw the staff cleaning every corner of the hotel even at 7:00 in the morning. The rooms also have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

9. And now something I personally witnessed and heard several times.

I repeatedly heard some members of your group speaking very loudly near the pool and even after the show, while going upstairs to continue their conversations, using extremely bad and offensive language.

I also heard the way you were speaking about members of the animation team, especially the very vulgar and inappropriate comments made about Sina.

Did you not think that besides yourselves, there were also women and children around you?

Honestly, this was simply shameful.

People genuinely love you. We spoke with guests from different nationalities during our stay and heard their real opinions about you and the team. And they were overwhelmingly positive. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

You are friendly, helpful, cheerful and always ready to make guests enjoy their holiday.

Наш отдых в Jaz Neo Sharks Bay Sharm El Sheikh превзошел все ожидания и оставил только самые теплые воспоминания. Это место, куда действительно хочется возвращаться снова.
С первых минут нас встретил очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Заселение прошло быстро, сотрудники всегда были готовы помочь и сделать отдых максимально комфортным. На протяжении всего отпуска чувствовалось искреннее гостеприимство.
Территория отеля красивая, ухоженная и очень чистая. Бассейны регулярно очищаются, вокруг всегда порядок, а атмосфера располагает к спокойному и беззаботному отдыху. Номер был уютным, светлым, уборка проводилась ежедневно, полотенца и все необходимое всегда были в наличии.
Питание приятно удивило разнообразием. Каждый день можно было попробовать разные блюда, свежие овощи и фрукты, вкусную выпечку и десерты. Каждый легко найдет что-то по своему вкусу.
До пляжа регулярно курсирует автобус по расписанию, примерно каждый час. Это очень удобно, так как можно заранее спланировать день. Пляж чистый, с удобным заходом в море, всегда достаточно лежаков и приятная атмосфера для отдыха и купания.
Отдельных слов благодарности заслуживает команда анимации. Ребята очень энергичные, дружелюбные и создают отличное настроение с утра до вечера. Активности у бассейна, спортивные игры, вечерние шоу и развлечения делают отдых ярким и интересным, но при этом никто не навязывает участие, поэтому каждый может отдыхать так, как ему нравится.
Весь персонал отеля работает с душой и делает все, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Именно такие мелочи создают ощущение настоящего качественного отдыха.
Спасибо всей команде Jaz Neo Sharks Bay за прекрасный отпуск, теплую атмосферу и замечательные эмоции. Мы увезли с собой самые приятные воспоминания и обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и с удовольствием вернемся снова!
